THE ROLE
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is an executive member of the senior management team. The Mandate is to determine how the company and its divisions should operate to maximize efficiency and productivity. The CFO is in charge of propelling the organization forward and increasing profitability. Reports directly to the President and Executive Chair.

OBJECTIVES
• Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the President and Executive Chair
• Develop annual operating forecasts of revenue, expenditures, operational results, and financial performance
• Authorize commitment of corporate resources, including contracts, transactions, and arrangements in the ordinary course of business, in order to pursue strategies, business plans, and objectives of the company
• Take responsibility to ensure company assets are adequately safeguarded and optimized in the best interest of the owner


THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and monitor objectives for the financial operations of the business
• Create policies that allow each division to work in the most organized way
• Handle negotiations for acquisitions and establishment of new divisions within the company
• Appoints the financial team members
• Determine realistic goals and establish financial controls to maintain maximum productivity
• Manage and oversee all financial affairs for the business
• Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting rules guiding best business practices
 

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• MBA or bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, and numeracy
• 5+ years' experience in executive leadership positions
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Advanced business planning skills
• A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

Account Coordinator

THE ROLE
This individual is an experienced Account Coordinator who will join our accounts team. You have a passion for client services and will work alongside the marketing and communications team to provide stellar administrative and client support. You will maintain a high level of awareness of client activities, detail-oriented program and project management and professional communication with key client contacts as needed.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating and maintain client accounts
• Work with internal account and marketing teams
• Manage account budgets
• Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence
• Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan.
• Proactively communicate with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner
• Attend to the needs of the client and continually seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field • One year of experience in the field
