City of St. John’s launches new website

With the increasing importance of online access and communication, the City of St. John’s came to Pilot˚ Communications for direction on how to improve its website communication with residents, businesses and visitors. The result is a new website that improves the user experience.

Pilot˚designed and developed the new website to make it more user-friendly and informative, with the goal of increasing uptake of city services. Some of the user benefits include a more easily accessible list of services based on the end user experience; easy to navigate contact information pages; as well as a news section for critical information updates. The new website reflects a fresh design that incorporates the city’s cultural heritage. Through a more accessible layout of information, the new website improves efficiency by reducing the number of inquiries to the city to a manageable volume.
